Last Sunday, (stardate 2408.08) I received an SMS from local Star Trek founder James Lee, that I was cordinally invited to the preview screening of Star Trek: The Clone Wars that will be showing at the Cathay Cineplex on Tuesday the 26th which starts at 1930hrs. The Clone Wars, which was a CGI animated movie, and the latest addition to the saga, has lightsaber duels thay will blow your mind and battle scenes that push the boundaries of Star Wars universe. Indeed, the entire movie length was nearly two hours, and the whole scene was just breathtaking. Chronologically, it was based on the Clone Wars animated mini-series, that was shown on Cartoon Network been premiered in 2003. Coming to the CGI animated saga, the lightsaber duels was the most extreme to keep those Star Wars fanatics glued to the screen without blinking =)

This invitation I received, together with six other members of the Star Trek fanatics who were watching, was strickly non-transferable. Best of all, its free seating. Believe it or not, this is my first time I ever get to watch a great movie that provides free seating =D On top of that, we also get to meet local Star Wars fans, who were dressed up as Stormtroopers, Jedis, you named it. They are all there to watch the movie as well. I don’t know if I’m right about this, but Darth Vader wasn’t around. Hah! =D

Overall, the movie was incredible. An eye-catching squel, that were set between Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Sci-Fiction fans, especially Star Wars fanatics can afford to miss this one!

That’s me on the extreme right =D
